New Features
On-Rent: When a serialized item is scanned by mobile and is found in the ERP (Brightree Archive) with an on-rent status, it will be flagged in the mobile. The user will be presented with an exception pop-up, where the user may select Locate to find the tag or close the pop-up.
A record will be added to the Admin Console. After the daily update of the archive and the flag is no longer present, it will be removed from the console. Filtering for On-Rent on the open tab will show all on-rent for the location/sublocations selected. Using the export on the Admin Console will export a CSV file with those records.
Items On-Rent will appear in the on-rent column and in open detail with an exclamation to indicate on-rent.
PAR: Indicator added to give a visual representation in mobile and inventory view on web for amounts approaching the set PAR level and below PAR with a tooltip to indicate set PAR amount on web and one short tap on mobile.
Yellow indicates approaching PAR (1.5 of PAR)
Red Indicates below PAR.
Mobile Scan Audit Report: In Configurations, Mobile Scan Audit will give Supplier Admins the ability to see what scans were run by a user over a filter date range. The information displayed is only a sample; download the CSV to see the complete requested amount.
Continued Referrals in Referral Mgmt: In Referral Mgmt, if a referral has been assigned equipment with/without SWO, it can be continued later by selecting continued in the ellipsis (three dots). After making changes to a referral and going to a previous or next step, changes will be saved, allowing a user to leave the referral any time before the last step and return with information populated.
RFD40 Support in Mobile: Mobile support RFD40 RFID scanning and barcode.
Code 39 Barcode Support: Mobile now supports Code 38 barcodes.
Camera Frame in BarCode scan: Added Frame to isolate barcodes for scanning with the camera. For older devices, some barcodes may scan outside of the box. The User may have to tilt and slowly move the mobile device to capture the barcode.
Driver/Technician Role: Added Technician role for users. The role allows only assigned warehouses/facilities inventory view on the web. Only allows access to vehicles/closets to perform inventory scans.
