Importing Missing Serial Numbers from ERP
When a purchase order is received in your ERP, the serial archive will update overnight to allow for tagging the next day. However, if tagging is occurring the same day as the numbers were received. A Supplier Admin, can import the serial numbers for a location to allowing same day tagging.
1. Click “Configurations”
2. Click “Import”
3. Click the Name of the Facility or Warehouse Location or SubLocation for the Serial Numbers
Only one location may be chosen at a time, but multiple can be queued up.
4. Click “Import”
5. Click “Confirm”
6. A success message will appear at the bottom of the screen
