Logging In

  1. Enter Email Address
  2. Enter Password – Password is case sensitive, if it fails check your cap locks
  3. Tap “Sign In” button.
  4. If log in fails, reset password or contact the Supplier Admin if email is not correct.
  5. Follow the “Resetting your Password” (below) process for your first log in

Resetting your Password

Click the ‘Reset password?’ link on the HME360 Supplier Portal log in page. The HME360 system will automatically email you a link to your registered email address. If you no longer have access to this email account please contact your internal system administrator. If you are the global system email administrator for your account, contact HME360 Support (support@hme360.com)

Get the verification code from email and enter in the verification code in the blank. If no code was received, check that you entered your email correctly and/or click send new code. If email has changed the Supplier Admin can correct in the User’s Profile

Logging Out

It is a recommended practice for all active HME360 users log out of their sessions upon completion. This can be done by clicking the user icon in the top left. A user profile menu will drop down and you may select ‘Log out’. You will automatically be logged out of the system after 10 minutes of inactivity and must re-enter your user name and password to log back into the system.
