To pair an RFID enabled handset with your Android device please adhere to the following steps:
– Power up your RFD8500 Device by pressing the power button on the right side of your device 
– Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the left side of the device 
until blue light flashes
– Open Android Bluetooth setup on your mobile device
– Make sure Bluetooth functionality is ‘ON’
– From your ‘Available Devices’ select the found 8500 device which will begin with RFD8500XXX
– The selected device will move from ‘Available’ to ‘Paired’ devices
– Download 123RFID from the Play Store
– Open 123RFID and select your reader by selecting it from your ‘Available Readers’ menu under the ‘Connected Readers’ main page, selecting the three dot menu and selecting ‘Connect’
– Close 123RFID completely
Congratulations, your device is connected and you may open HME360 and scan items.
