After clicking Referrals from the left side menu in the web portal, Referral Management will open to the Referral Management Dashboard. This Dashboard shows all referrals in process, action needed by clinician, action needed by patient and completed.

Navigation

  1. Left Side Menu: Tapping this will open the menu with options of Patient (Patient Dashboard) and Logout (Logs out)
  2. Add Patient: Tapping will start the process to add a patient for a referral/order.
  3. Location: Facility and closet where equipment was obtained. Tapping here will allow a user to change the facility/closet to another assigned location or set a new default location.
  4. Search: Typing part of a patient’s name, age, or MRN/PID (Medical Record Number/Patient Identification) will filter the patient list for the matching patient(s).
  5. Status: Dot color represents the status of the patient referral. Based on the status, different actions will be available in the ellipsis (⋮) at the end of the patient line. (See Table below)
  6. Checkmark – Referral process has been completed with delivery of equipment. Tapping will ask to confirm patient has completed order. Confirming will remove the patient from the listing.
  7. Cart – Tapping on the cart will allow the clinician to assign or assign more equipment from the location (See Location above) and/or continue with the referral process.
  8. Ellipsis – Tapping on the ellipsis (⋮) will allow an action to be taken on the referral based on the status.  (See Status above.)

Start Referral Process

Assign Equipment to Existing Referral

  • Tap Shopping Cart on Existing Patient’s line.
  • Will Open Step Two of Referral Assign Equipment.

Referral Maintenance

  • Tap Ellipsis select Edit – to edit information
  • Tap Ellipsis select Remove – to remove completed or nonreferral
  • Tap Ellipsis select Resend – to resend to patient’s device a time-out, accidentally cancelled, or errored out referral.
  • Tap Ellipsis select Continue – to continue referral process on clinician’s device.
